Bring new value to your electrical safety equipment with real-time visibility on your equipment’s readiness for safe work!  Several Honeywell PPE products such as rubber gloves and sleeves now have the option of including an integrated RFID tag and/or barcode that is packed with information from the product database.  When you scan the tag or barcode, the data is imported seamlessly into the Safety Suite software (or whatever Excel based software you may use) so you can see critical information like:

• Item description
• Manufacture date
• Past and upcoming inspection dates

You also have the option to subscribe to worked assignment in which you can use the software to assign equipment to different workers and sites.  And if our recommend inspection protocol is different from your policy, you can easily edit the information to meet your requirements.

Consolidation – With one centralized online repository of your PPE, you have one source of truth for all equipment inspections.

RFID Patches bring the power of wireless asset management to your existing natural rubber gloves and sleeves. Once applied via a simple heat process, these new RFID Patches can be scanned into Honeywell Safety Suite or any asset management tracking software for real-time asset compliance tracking. Additionally, RFID patches feature a QR code and a printed numerical code, giving you multiple ways to read each patch.
